How can we find solace and some reprieve from what I call Psychic white noise? It’s very attainable and equally desirable if you wish to fully restore health and balance to your life.
Practical tips on self-survival:
1. Develop a protective bubble, actively imagine a force field around you. “What colour is it?” make it non-permeable! Only you decide what can enter or leave.
This requires making boundaries and enforcing them, choose who, why and when to share your gift. Be aware of the leaking of energy! Yes, we are all just energy and Empaths leak love and compassion. We are so tuned to heal that we are often unaware of energy being pilfered and transferred.
2. Define what is selfish, what is self-interest and what is selflessness!
We can be unknowingly selfish! This can happen if we don’t evaluate the greatest outcome or by pandering to our addictions and our conditioning. This is also the place where self-interest starts, everything we unconsciously do has a payback. Our conditioning is the story of our life so far or the belief’s we adopt from our peer group or family.
This is the heart of the problem, we connect to our inner unknown yearnings and can become the pleaser or the martyr. We are often gifted with guilt and pain from our upbringing which creates a feedback loop of self-interest. It’s a crazy self-harm cycle.
Selflessness is not self-absorbed neither is it giving everything without consideration. Selflessness is a value judgement to create the greatest outcome for ourselves, humanity at large and the entity we may call God.
Consider this; if by creating and enforcing boundaries and by choosing the who, why and what we stand sentinel to our energy stores, if by doing this we can grow beyond and develop so much more power to serve the greater good “Devotional serving” then this is the complete opposite of selfishness.
3. Stop bleeding energy;
Don’t be held captive to ingrained beliefs or conditioning. Be constrained and only share healing with someone who reciprocates rather than with energy vampires. Be personally responsible for maintaining whether your switch is opened or closed. Become witness to the unconscious minds feedback loops.
What's the difference?
Empathy and Clairsentience are within the same spectrum of gifts, which are those of feeling or sensing the emotions and energies of the world around them. But Clairsentience is a broadened form of Empathy bolstered by ESP and psychic gifts that encompasses a wider field of sensitivities expanding beyond just the emotions and energies of other people or animals. Clairsentience is Knowing!
Beyond looking at definitions and trait lists of each type, you should begin to look at the experiences you may have with your 'feeling' or 'sensing' gift. As you go over those incidences, you will discover the extent of your abilities.
Have you had experiences of overwhelming emotions?
What was the source of the energy, animal, human, visual, hearing or simply knowing?
The basic question to start with is “what is your comfort level?” If you’re distressed by your gift I suggest undergoing training to contain the level of emotional energy received. There is no point being gifted if you’re considered a mad cat woman (or man). Your greatest gift to the world is to heal, often this requires some form of camouflage, in this way perceptions or fears can be contained.
It is completely true to say once a person has undergone a full awakening, as far as the unawake are concerned you could be seen as mad, disturbed or just crazy. There is simply no way to see black as white and streams of energy flowing without alarming the caring members of your unawake tribe, they cannot know what they cannot know. I suggest extreme caution and becoming a chameleon of human intentions at least initially.
But remember, over time, as with any gift, it always has the potential to expand and grow. This is because, as you grow and develop as a person, so will your gifts. All the more reason to take time to discover yourself before letting others discover you. Call it insurance!
You may be the next Nostradamus but if you’re shouting from inside a padded cell you will not create an opportunity for the greater good.
Now that I know what I am, what do I do with it?
You may have a good understanding of what you are and what you have potential to be, that would be a great scenario. Unfortunately, the usual scenario is confusion as to the nature of the gift, what if any responsibilities come with the gift or why me?
The bottom line is this - there are no absolutes. There is no spiritual requirement for you to heal the masses, everything is up to you. You can become everything or nothing. It’s really up to you, freedom of choice dictates. You can do nothing with it. Or you can begin to build a lifestyle to best function around the energy.
There are many born to a gift and there are equally many who awake to a world and find they now have a gift. If you’re a late bloomer you may find the gift was always there, lying latent but switched off. The key point here you is that you can switch it off or on whenever it suits you.
From personal experience, I struggled to be balanced and lived a life immersed in either the practical world or in other worldly place for extended periods. Finding the correct level of mysticism, normal or crazy is your choice.
Over the many years of my personal quest to Know myself I discovered that was the primal desired outcome. To know thyself! This is the greatest gift you can give the world. Consider the fact that “in effect your gift may just be for you”.
Perhaps the only decision is at what level of play you’re comfortable with whilst remaining comparatively sane.
A profit or seer is often not recognised in their own tribe. It’s very difficult for your peer group to suddenly accept that you’re the next great mystical phenomena.
For instance, if you’re known as Dave the plumber and have been for 25 years and then you awaken to a new reality of Angels and visions, then it’s possible that the peer group around you will find one of several plausible outcomes has taken place.
Do you have ESP or are you psychic? What’s the difference?
Defining an Empath
An Empath is an individual with the ability to sense and feel the emotions and energies of people, animals or objects at a distance. Often referred to as a sensitive, they are often overtly sensitive in body and in mind. This can cause emotional and physical problems to be adopted or mimicked by the sensitive, clearly this can be a root cause of personal distress. Empaths tend to be conduits for energy, they can be completely unaware that they are being used to ground another’s distress.
Extra Sensory Perception (ESP)
Beyond the 5 senses are a number of gifts:
What is a Clairsentient?
Clairsentience is the use of all ESP mediums at once, these guys really are walking antennae’s. They can find the essence of you from a photo, or by watching your body move or by just focusing on the energy signature you send out. Clairsentients have a sort of bar coding machine which they scan you with that gives them a deep knowing of the core or the essence of your being.
A Clairsentient person is able to perceive energy fields (through physical sensations), including a person's aura and vibrations (such as voice and how words are used or strung together). This may also explain the ability to "sense" the presence of non-corporeal entities, such as ghosts, smudge entities and shadow forms.
Clairsentience, which means clear sensing, is the ability to feel the present, past or future physical and emotional states of others, without the use of the normal five senses. They gather the information as a download from outside of their minds, from the energy field that surrounds their focus.
This is a group that can be all of the above or simply a seer. The term psychic is somewhat over used, often people assume they are psychic when in fact they may be Empaths or clairvoyant. The defining attribute of psychics is they can understand and know information from outside of the realms of what seems possible and sometimes inexplicably so. Terms often used are Supernatural, other worldly, transcendental, magical or mystical.
A Catalyst by definition is a thing which precipitates an event or change, often without itself being affected. Therefore, a Spiritual Catalyst is a person who precipitates an event or a change on the level of spirit (the essential, incorporeal part of someone or something). Spiritual Catalysts, like gurus, have attained a high level of spiritual authority, awareness, and knowledge, which enables them to guide others. Spiritual Catalysts however, do not aim to become “Leaders” to their disciples as much as they wish to cause their disciples to question and find answers within themselves. The desire of the catalyst is for the individual to find awareness and awake under their own terms. The catalyst is only the booster of energies which can allow a Kundalini experience or an awakening to take place, the act of awakening must be by request, be that spoken or sensed by the Catalyst, “it must not be forced”.
You could call them spiritual enablers. If you’re an Empath or sentient in the presence of a Catalyst you will find your gifts boosted and added to as a side effect of their higher energy vibration.

"Anyone can make the simple complicated. True creativity is making the complicated simple.” – Charles Mingus
There are no coincidences in our lives. Cause and effect is your greatest barrier to creating abundance in your life. It may seem a harsh reality, but it's you, or more correctly, the ‘puppet ego’ that acts as you that can hold you back from your greatest achievements – but that's a deeper discussion for another day. Today, l want to share my six tips to accessible abundance.
1. Come to terms with truth
The truth is, most of us are simply unaware we have a choice. We think life and all its challenges is ‘our lot’, or our reality. I ask you to think deeply just now, regardless if you have any spiritual belief or not, Do you think you were born to suffer? It may sound like a silly question because just about everyone replies, “No”. If that's so, then why do you still suffer?
I have to ask another question of you. Are you aware that there is no reality other than the one your mind creates? Okay, let's step back from the metaphysical edge a little. Everyone sees a slightly different personal reality. I think we can agree the guy with the thick wallet and Porsche has a different perception of reality to you. His reality is unique to him but not the same as yours. So, If your mind creates its unique brand of reality, then deep inside of you is a locked door behind which you keep your suffering or lack. You simply need to find the key to open the door and banish your subconscious desire to suffer.
2. Let go of your preconceived identity
For most of us, it’s not easy to fully let go of who you have been trained to think you are. Like every addiction, letting go of your preconceived identity requires a daily chore of abstinence. Your locked room is full of addictions that crave attention. This attention is found by seeking drama. Have you noticed that the people with the most stress are lost in drama filled lives and have no understanding of who they are? If you are longing to be someone else, this could be a clue that you're living someone else's version of your life.
3. Shift from an objective to subjective viewpoint
“It’s all about me” is a subjective viewpoint. Of course, how could it not be all about me, me, me? What if abundance was about thinking collectively as ‘us’ and viewing life as an objective reality?
Abundance is having complete and emotional wealth. It is a value that each of us will view differently. Many will think it's a lotto win but we seek wealth subjectively, selecting what our ego considers to be wealth and often repulsing it.
For most, abundance is family and close emotional connections with warm fuzzy feelings. For some it's a fat wallet, cool cat car, Raybans and $1000 sneakers. For others, it's being able to walk a straight line without pain. However, spiritual abundance is simply waking up each day and being grateful for what ever turns up.
Lets focus some points, I understand this may all be a foggy subject at the moment but let a cool wind blow the fog away. Meditation is such a cool breeze, so is gratitude. How can we lay bare the core of abundance in this swamp of subjectivity?
4. Find the path to an objective reality
Walking the objective path leads to a scented garden where the sun is mild, the days are calm and life is full of connection. There is no drama in this place; drama will only act as a herbicide here! Best to tread slowly until stress dissipates.
Objective reality is made of core building blocks. Practice using these each day until you find your footing:
Lets repeat that: the value you secretly hold for yourself is dynamically connected to the value that returns to you. If you seek money but never have any it's because in some way money is repulsive to you. As I say, wealth is not money but it's the place that most start to seek abundance.
5. Unlearn old habits
Your task is to unlearn habits so personal they have become your skin. This involves beyond taking a good hard look into the mirror of self and not being afraid to bruise your ego!
The concept of ‘cause and effect’ is a mind game and potential game changer. If you're at the effect end, or the harsh end of the stick, then who's at the cause end of the stick? Meditate on this thought if you will realise it’s your ego that is the cause producing the effect. Only you can change that. But, it doesn’t stop there, because your causal effect creates a storm around you that has influence on all things. Remember, if we are all connected then the storm affects anything within its range. For instance, the cause and effect of your childhood environment created the storm in you and you choose to perpetuate the effect because it has become a source of attention seeking. Ouch!
6. Take personal responsibility for your life
Respect the cause and effect already at play in your life, but become the witness of these established patterns.
Abundance is not an exclusive secret. It's not carefully kept hidden; it’s bare for all to see if only you could look away from your personal train wreck for a moment! Imagine you were conditioned by affluent parents to believe you're the ruling class and that training involved going to the kind of education facilities that reinforced that view. Perhaps then abundance would not be the same problem; you could say their problems are of a higher quality. Higher quality problems are still about lack but not of money or food. These problems are about connection and about soul. Same issue, different storyline.
Deep thoughts have been arisen within you today. Let’s leave this brain-storm puzzle with one last twist. If you are following these six steps, it's very possible that you already live in a state of abundance now. It's very possible that until today you didn’t realise abundance was so close because it is a state of mind, a state of gratitude.
Previously, I asked if you felt you were living someone else's life and not your own. I have another question for you. If you could live on an island with your loved ones in a village of thatched huts with all the fish, fruit and natural resources for healthy living and sun shining on turquoise water each day, would you swap lives?
Some would say, “Yes!” But, some on the island would feel their lives were lacking because the ‘TV shows’ of their lives are more appealing, and yes, subjective. Reality can be a bitch! The point is, consider your life as a blessing and abundance will turn up.
The secret to live, love and realise wealth is applied knowledge
From our human point of view one has to separate oneself from what you think you know and realise what you don't know is immensely more valuable.
Value your life it may be the only one you get.
Is this thing we refer to as reality a solid non-changeable place or a material mutable concept? Spirituality refers to a heaven and earth concept or in the case of some religions, heaven has many layers. There is also the Buddhist concept of past lives and rebirth until one attains perfection and a Nirvana state is attained. Clearly concepts are unproven theories, in science a theory is considered a theory until undeniable proofs can be found. What can we uncover in the briar patch of reality?
Both the houses of spirituality and science are split around absolute definitions of reality but both have some very similar conceptual agreements. So perhaps reality could be a multi-dimensional material place. Can we even make a conclusion when it seems implausible currently to prove anything conclusively?
Maybe we have to take a leap of faith and conclude that whatever serves our personal mental comfort zone is sufficient for a concept or theory to work for us?
Science and Spiritual essences:
It may be a fact that we will never have more than a shadowy outline of the full picture, certainly it's in the realms of philosophy rather than a hard science at the moment, but the times they are a changing!
Albert Einstein was a metaphysical pioneer. He believed there must be one unifying theorem to unify all powers within the universe, scientists still seek this illusive unifying theorem that would tidy up so many quantum physics equations. In other realms of science there is a growing belief that there are more than 3 dimensions to space. Some theorists claim multiple realities potentially exist, science and spiritual are indeed crossing borders.
Clash of the Titans
There are two main theories or dualities of doctrine which we can use to start the discussion point. Science, which requires an eventual provable theory before it's accepted as science “well we may have to wait for that one” and Spiritual conceptualisation from the great mystics of time.
Let's start with the oldest and most widely dispersed theory which is spiritual. Nearly all religions or spiritual sages or texts have accepted at their core that reality as we understand it is nearer to a magnificent perfect dream rather than a solid Newtonian never changing material thing. Sure, it's as solid as we can imagine but that's the point. If this is indeed an exemplary dream, its design is so completely real that we can remain convinced of solid material things all around us. That is until we find another convincing point of view.
According to the Mayan spiritual text, reality is the imagined concept of God. This reality stands alone and in conglomeration with all things, it is said to be influenced by the greater consciousness of the inhabitants of the illusion. In our case, human interactive thoughts and desires create this mesh that reality hangs on, one must therefore imagine that we could if we so chose interplay with reality in a way that changes the fabric of reality. We may wish for abundance or for connection, curses and magical incantations, provable facts or alien abduction. It just depends on your tribal belief systems.
Science is playing catch up and now the door to quantum physics is ajar.
Danish Physicist Niels Bohr who has been a large contributor to sciences understanding of quantum theory said somewhat tongue in cheek:
“If quantum mechanics hasn’t profoundly shocked you, you haven’t understood it yet.”
Especially with the recent discovery that our physical material reality isn’t really physical at all. “Everything we call real is made of things that cannot be regarded as real”. Reality is made up of vibrations and sub atomic particles that have no mass and in effect are not there, they act as a display of light to represent an expectation of reality. Reality is more like a high class cinematographic display.
Albert Einstein famously said “reality is merely an illusion, albeit a very persistent one”.
He also said “Life is a presentation of choices. Wherever you are now exactly represents the sum of your previous decisions, actions and inactions”. In effect, reality is a display that you have some margin of control over but it is more in tune with the greater interplay of all things that surely must include the world of the unseen as well as garden snails and the like.
